Orcia Wine Festival is the event that, on the April 25 bridge, promotes Orcia wine and the excellent wine productions of the Val d’Orcia.
An exhibition market with tasting stands and guided tastings where you can discover the wines of the Val d’Orcia conceived and organized by the municipality with the collaboration of the Orcia Wine Consortium and Onav Siena, the National Organization of Wine Tasters. Inside the frescoed halls of Palazzo Chigi space for guided technical tastings, wine tasting counters, as well as the possibility for wine tourists to visit wineries directly with guided tours where they will be welcomed directly by the producers.

Orcia Wine Festival
is an event that enhances the product of excellence by linking it inextricably to the territory of origin, a concrete way to give companies the opportunity to promote their wines, getting in touch with insiders, operators and enthusiasts.
It was precisely in San Quirico d’Orcia in ’96 that companies applied for Typical Geographical Indication (IGT) to enhance local production; and in 2000 for them came the DOC with the designation Orcia. Ten years later, therefore, the Orcia Wine Festival was born.
