In addition to medical examinations and individual consultations, weekly programs can be booked for Slimming and Nutrition, Purification, Prevention and Anti-aging, Stress Management to regain mental and physical balance and regain a new lease on life. The courses also include professional diagnostic examinations that are performed directly in the ADLER Analytical Laboratory, located in the hotel. Examinations are performed directly on site and results with report are delivered on the same day.
The ADLER AQUAE is the wetland area that includes thermal pools with whirlpools and waterfall, sports pools, a sauna park and several relaxation areas. Guests have free access to five types of saunas: the steam room in the “Philosopher’s Grotto,” a lakeside bio-sauna, a panoramic Finnish sauna with a cold-water plunge pool, a Tuscan herbal caldarium, an Etruscan salt steam sauna, and a Kneipp ice fountain.
The ADLER GOURMET’s cuisine is based on high-quality local products, a balanced and healthy cuisine that delights the palate. Every day the kitchen chefs bring both traditional Tuscan dishes and original offerings to the table; the dinner menu is always a la carte with choices of meat, fish and vegetarian dishes, and vegan on request. At the facility all pastries and baked goods, including bread are made entirely in the hotel kitchen. Meticulously selected organic flours from the Val d’Orcia are used for baking to bring as many as 15 types of bread to the table each day, from fragrant rolls to tasty focaccia and crunchy breadsticks. Baked goods are available for purchase by hotel guests upon reservation.
ADLER OUTDOOR is the programming of activities in the countryside and in the area organized directly by ADLER guides: trekking and biking excursions available daily for hotel guests, as well as a concierge always on hand to organize wonderful food and wine and cultural experiences in the Val d’Orcia, from wine and other local product tastings to cooking classes, horseback riding or hot air balloon rides, and private city tours.
